This architect-designed property was created by a former associate of a well-known architect. Its reinforced-concrete construction is reassuring to many prospective residents. The house also has a spacious living room and kitchen, a rooftop, a shared balcony, and bicycle parking.
Convenience stores, TOPYREC PLAZA with AEON Style, SUNAMO, and Sunamachi Ginza Shopping Street are all nearby, making shopping and dining convenient.
The Tozai Line provides easy access to central Tokyo, especially Otemachi, Nihombashi, and Kayabacho. Toyocho Station, where late-night trains may terminate, is also within walking distance.
“Above all, the building looks great! I was also amazed that only six people get to share such a large common area. The manager told me they had considered adding another room but decided to keep the shared space roomy for the residents.
Shopping is easy because AEON is nearby. This was my first time living in a share house, but everyone respects one another’s space, so it is very comfortable.”
