Guesthouse Koyomiya has operated small share houses in Tokyo since 2003.
Who Can Apply?
- Share House Sunajo accepts applicants between 18 and 34 years old.
- Minazuki House accepts applicants aged 18 or older. Suitability is considered individually based on the age balance and compatibility of the current residents.
- The standard minimum stay is 4 months. A longer minimum stay, such as 6 months, may apply depending on the season and move-in date.
- Students and employed people may apply.
- A valid residence status is required.
- Student ID or proof of enrollment is required for the student discount.
- Applicants must be able to pay the rent by the specified monthly due date.
- Residents must agree to follow the house rules.

Generally, a guarantor is not required as long as you remain enrolled as a student. However, a guarantor may be required depending on your enrollment status, employment status, residence status or other screening considerations.

Is Wi-Fi included?
Yes. Wi-Fi is included in the monthly common service cost.
